So everyone, I got my plans for spring break in the works. I am flying in to LaGuardia in NYC, and staying there for two days, then I am taking the train to Philadelphia and staying there for 3 days. I am very excited. This will be a big trip for me. Two big cities in one spring break…It will be great, I do believe.I will be visiting my friend in NYC, and my brother and his girlfriend in Philly. I might be going to A Britney Spears concert in Philly, and I hear it is a great show. Even if you think she is a mediocre singer, supposedly the spectacle is great. I will keep you posted though, as to hwo everything unfolds…what I know now, is Have aticket for NYC and a ticket out fo Philly.YAY!

PhotobucketI haven’t just sat down and blogged in a day or two.  I wanted to have something there so I took the lazy way out, and posted some of my poetry.  I will do that from time to time,  so that my thoughts and feelings are out there, but if I have a mental block on topics,  I don’t give myself pressure to just throw garbage on here.

As you might be able to tell, I am very spiritual.  I used to be religious, and I do claim a denomination, but I must tell you….My understanding and belief in a  higher power was a gift given to me by a nurse who sat in my hospital bed, and told me about her terminally ill son. She explained faith and put no pressure on me to subscribe to it.  I was 9, and that is when I chose to believe in God. I was at a  fork in the road, do or die….literally.  Either I had the surgery and risk all the effects that could come with it, or I die from a  seizure one of many many I had.

In light of John Travolta’s son’s untimely passing, I must say that I feel very blessed to have survived hitting my head in a seizure over and over and over again for years and years, while my parents watched horrified that I might die. Now, I am not some push over princess either. I fuss and cuss, and model in lingerie, and I have done things that were taboo, but appropriate for my age…all my life. Its been the thrill of just being.

SO with that being said, I hope that those of you who might not choose to subscribe to my beliefs or thoughts ,will still subscribe to my blog. I don’t believe in Truth with a capital T. I believe Truth has at least 360 % to it, we only see a small percentage of it. I look forward to your responses as I continue to post on here!
